Banana Chip Cake

This week I had an excess of ripe bananas which usually end up in the freezer (excellent for baking).  I have made a Banana Chip Cake (the 'chips' being SKOR toffee bits).

Jaffa Drizzle Loaf

The cake to be enjoyed (hopefully) this week is a Jaffa Drizzle Loaf. This week, two of these cakes were baked, one to be enjoyed at work and one to be enjoyed at home (poor Nigel, it's a tough job but someone has to help with Quality Control!)

Witches Fingers

Tomorrow is Halloween and it has become a tradition that "Witches Fingers" are made, hopefully to be enjoyed with a tea or coffee.  Being the closest Friday that is exactly what I have baked.
