Bumbleberry Bundt Cake
On offer today is a Bumbleberry Bundt cake. As I had no bumbleberries, it is a Wild Blueberry bundt cake (with lemon). It has already been daughter tested and approved for consumption. For those interested, the humble bumbleberry is not actually a berry but a mix of any berries (blueberrries, raspberries etc.).

I know I did not vote in the past, but I will add a littel comment every friday as of today. I really appreciate this friday morning treat. My girlfriend always ask's me why I dont have breakfast as normally on friday. I simplie anwser:'' It's rate my cake friday!''

I really liked this cake, the lemon in it was really good.
I would have loved it more if there was a hard icing on the top!
