Today's cake is a glazed lemon cake. Thank you to Nigel and Elisa for blogging last week (even though Elisa didn't get to try the cake!). Feedback is always appreciated.
The cake was light, sweet and 'lemony refreshing'. It has all gone, but I managed to save one piece for Elisa (provided I can smuggle it out of the building). Probably wins an award for the 'fastest dissapearing bundt'
