Today's cake is a Sticky Marmalade loaf, which contains no chocolate (serves you right for not posting Yannick!). For those of you who commented on my blog there will be a extra slice if you like it! The marmalade used was made by Nigel. What would you like me to make next week?

The cake is moist, sweet and marmaladey (is that a word?), also there is only about 1/3 of it left and it is not 10:00 yet, so hurry up people!
Personally I like the lemon cake with the icing o top.
I also really like the apple crumble cake or muffins.
Also very partial to almond square/finger things with jam in or bakewell tarts..they are nice too.
I just have a cake addiction, I am Elisa..I am a cake-a-holic.
