Christmas 2007

For the last baking day before Christmas there are sausage rolls and mince pies (made with homemade mincemeat). The mincemeat is fruit. Enjoy these festive goodies and let me know via the blog "ratemycake.blogspot.com" what you think.

Orange Pound Cake

December is a short month for cakes and although the month is extremely busy with Christmas preparations I am still baking for Friday's. The cake for this week is an Orange Pound Cake filled with a homemade orange curd (another new cake recipe). Apart from the family, everyone who tries the baking is a guinea pig, so let me know what you think.
