Last week I made Apple Pie muffins, which were very good, although they actually never made it to the office as Nigel was ill at home. This week I have made Peach Pie Muffins for your enjoyment, although quantities are very limited!
I was extremely disappointed on Monday that no one saved me a piece of cheesecake (my favourite food group!).

The nice & good peach muffins have easily compensate for my so so week at work. So I can leave in a good mood for the weekend. Have a nice one too.
