It is October already, the month of squash and pumpkin feature predominantly in both baking and cooking. That said, today for your enjoyment I have baked pumpkin cupcakes with cream cheese icing.

This is concerning the october 17th cake. Nigel said it's pumpkin/pecan's. Not a fan of the pumpkin but this cake is delicious.
After 2.5 slices I will go back for another and keep it for desert after lunch ! Now that's a plan.
