Chewy Chocolate Gingerbread Cookies

Friday soon comes around.  This week Chewy Chocolate Gingerbread Cookies are on the menu (something I usually reserve for Christmas when I make them as gifts!).

Your waistline will get a break next week as Nigel will not be in the office next Friday (26th September).

I can only assume by the lack of response to the "blog" that no one has any requests (requests are best delivered via the blog, otherwise they may be filtered).  Do drop by, leave me a message and you never know, you may actually be the lucky blogger (I may bake using your favourite ingredient).

Chocolate Drizzled Orange Cake

This week I have made an Orange Cake, which is glazed and then drizzled with chocolate (seems to be a favourite ingredient!).

Individual Carrot Cakes

This week I have baked individual  iced carrot cakes.  This way there is no dispute as to who has the largest piece of cake as they are all fairly even in size.

Let me know what you favourite cake or ingredient is and you never know,  you could be lucky, I may actually bake your favourite next time.
