It's Halloween and it's Friday so the baking comes in the form of Witches Fingers (no pumpkin!).

They really are edible even if they look awful!

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins

Last week I did not post as people do not seem to be responding.  Having said that, Alex did post a comment, using the previous week's blog.  So, thank you Alex!

I also thank Marjorie for the handcrafted gift which she sent.

Continuing in the Autumnal theme, this week I have made Pumpkin Choclate Chip Muffins (a favourite of our family and their friends).

Pumpkin Cupcakes

It is October already, the month of squash and pumpkin feature predominantly in both baking and cooking.  That said, today for your enjoyment I have baked pumpkin cupcakes with cream cheese icing.

Date Squares

This week I have made Date Squares (aka Matrimonial Cake).  These are always popular at home (as is all the baking!).
