After more than a week away, Nigel is back in the office, for a few days.

Strawberry Rhubarb coffee cake

This week I harvested the rhubarb that we grow. What better way to use it than to make a Strawberry Rhubarb coffee cake. Make the most of it as Nigel will not be in the office next Friday.
