A request was made for something with citrus so, here it is. I have made a Lemon Yogurt Crumble Cake (in fact, I made two, with only one and a half being sent to the office).
Everyone has favourites so why not make a request.

Apple Pie Muffins
I would like to say thank you, once again, for the flowers.
As requested before the Christmas break, Apple Pie Muffins are on the menu for today.
