Glazed Lemon Cake

This week I have made a Glazed Lemon Cake. Usually baked as a bundt, in this format (9" x 13") the baking time is less and I am not heating up the kitchen for so long!

Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins

It is Friday and Nigel is actually in the office.

This week I had an excess of ripe bananas (just right for baking). Nigel requested Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins. Therefore, that is what I baked.

Peach Pie Muffins

Nigel is back, for how long, who knows!

OK! I must be insane. It was 31 C in the house (no air conditioning) and I heated up the oven to bake for today, although I didn't start until 9.30 p.m. Peach Pie Muffins are on the menu.
