As Friday is Jean-Baptiste and the office is closed I have baked a day early.

It's Friday and unlike recent weeks, Nigel is in the office, this means that there is a cake!

Apple Pie Muffins

After two weeks without baking, I have made Apple Pie Muffins.

It was a little uncertain whether baking was going to happen this week as due to the weather the power was out. Power was restored at 6.15 p.m. yesterday (I hear everyone breathing a sigh of relief!).
