It was a little uncertain whether baking was going to happen this week as due to the weather the power was out. Power was restored at 6.15 p.m. yesterday (I hear everyone breathing a sigh of relief!).

Good morning Coral,
How impressed we were when we saw Nigel coming in with apple pie muffins (tremendous by the way)! Knowing that a tornado or a typhoon (whichever is the strongest) stroke your house and you still cook these dessert for us, it is simply amazing.
The value of your treat just get bigger from these circumstances so should our thanks follow!
