Jaffa (Orange) Drizzle Loaf

This week Nigel is back in the office and so is the baking.

Originally I had planned to bake a Carrot Cake but the carrots were not worthy. On to Plan B.

I had oranges so I have made a Jaffa (Orange) Drizzle Loaf.

Apple Pie Cake

This week I have baked an Apple Pie Cake using Honey Crisp apples. One and a half times the muffin recipe and baked in a 9 x 13" pan.

Banana Chocolate Chip/Chunk Loaf

In the kitchen this week ripe bananas were abundant, enough to make two Banana Chocolate Chip/Chunk loaves, one for the office and one for home.
