Carrot Cake

This week I have made a Carrot Cake but, instead of a drizzle icing, I have made a Cream Cheese Frosting.

Looking back at the blog it would appear that this cake has not been made for the office since 2nd September 2011.

Glazed Lemon Cake

Now that Nigel is stone-free life should return to normal.  Having said that, the cake this week is, the ever popular Glazed Lemon Cake.

This week, although arriving a little late, the cake is a Glazed Lemon Cake.

Two cakes had to be baked this week due to a birthday in the family.  The other was chocolate, decoration to yet to be decided.
