This week I received a request, via Nigel, for the cake to be lemon.  I have, therefore, made the ever popular Glazed Lemon Cake.

Pumpkin Carrot Cake

This week I have made a Pumpkin Carrot Cake, a recipe that I have been wanting to try for a while. I did, however, replace the pecans (as some people are either allergic to nuts or do not like them) with the ever popular chocolate chips.
