Iced Banana Cake

In the kitchen on Thursday were some bananas just right for baking. I made a Banana Cake with Banana Icing.

Chocolate Cake

Last week Nigel was out of the office so there was no baking from me.  This week he is back, along with a cake.  I have made Chocolate Cake.

This particular recipe does not contain eggs.

Double Chocolate Banana Loaf

This week I used the recipe for Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins and changed it a bit. I added some cocoa powder and sour cream.

Apparently this cake was very good.
