Simnel Muffins

There was no entry made for last week so, I will mention it here.  Being the first Friday of Spring I made Citrus Squares.

This weekend is Easter and as the Office is closed tomorrow I have baked a day early. Simnel Muffins are on the menu for today.

Chocolate Orange Bundt

This week Nigel suggested that I make the Chocolate Orange Bundt cake, so that's what I did.  Instead of dusting with icing sugar an orange glaze was made.

Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting
