This week I had decided to make Lemon Curd and Blueberry Loaf. I made the Lemon Curd yesterday morning and was then waiting for Nigel to pick up a punnet of blueberries on his way home. Baking started late and then I was not happy with the cake. At around 9.00 p.m I decided to make a Banana Chocolate Chip Loaf.
Let the baking begin, find and defrost bananas, measure and mix ingredients and finally the baking went into the oven around 9.45 p.m., baked for about an hour and sat in the tin for 10 minutes before removing and cooling. It was now 11.00 p.m.!
