Jaffa (orange) Drizzle Loaf

This week I was looking at the fruit bowl for inspiration.  There were plenty of lemons, ripe bananas, a lime and some oranges.  Lemon is usually extremely popular and banana is used quite a lot, a change was needed.

Nigel suggested the Jaffa Drizzle Loaf.

Chocolate-Cherry Snack Cake

This week I thought I would try out a recipe that I had not made before, Chocolate-Cherry Snack Cake (the flavours reminded me of Black Forest Gateau).  This is another egg-free recipe.

Carrot Cake with Orange Cream Cheese Icing

This week, for your enjoyment (hopefully), I have made a Carrot Cake with a Cream Cheese Icing.

The cake is smaller this week due to the fact that there are not so many people in the office.  This meant that I could bake it in the smaller oven (this means not as much heat is being thrown into the house).
