I am a little late in the day writing this post but, "better late than never"!

This week I made a Banana Cake with Banana Icing as I had bananas to be used before shopping this weekend.

Chocolate Cherry Snack Cake

this week I succumbed to a cold so was feeling terrible and some were a little worried about the Friday Cake.  Fortunately, I was much better by yesterday and able to bake (otherwise, no need to worry, I would have instructed Nigel!

This week I have made the Chocolate Cherry Snack Cake.

Today is Valentine's Day and so there was no contest for the flavour of the cake, it had to be chocolate!

Due to the weather it was not a given that the cake was going to make it to the office.
