this week I succumbed to a cold so was feeling terrible and some were a little worried about the Friday Cake. Fortunately, I was much better by yesterday and able to bake (otherwise, no need to worry, I would have instructed Nigel!
This week I have made the Chocolate Cherry Snack Cake.
