Glazed Lemon Cake

As I know that it is a particular favourite, this week I have made the Glazed Lemon Cake.  I also have quite a few lemons due to the fact that I need to made a large quantity of syrup for lemonade.

Banana Cake with Banana Icing

At the time of writing I expect that most, if not all, of the cake has been consumed.

This week there were some bananas in the fruit bowl just right for baking.  The cake of choice to make was the Banana Cake with Banana Icing.
