Fudge Banana Bundt Cake

Due to Nigel being out of the office last week there was no cake on Friday.  This week he is back and the cake is a Fudge Banana Bundt.

Glazed Orange Cake

The cake for this week (Friday 14th November) has just come out of the oven. This week I have changed things up a little by using a favourite cake recipe but changing the flavour from lemon to orange.

Chewy Chocolate Gingerbread Cookies

Earlier this week I made Chewy Chocolate Gingerbread cookies for an event (the last Greenwood Storyfest of the season) and Nigel was a little disappointed that they were all leaving the house. Usually I make them to give Christmas gifts and have not made them for the office since December 20009.  As promised I have made them for today.
