For today I have made a Bumbleberry Cake (usually baked in a bundt pan). In order to make it easier for dividing and so that more people can be satisfied I usually adapt the recipes to fit a 9" x 13" pan.

Bumbleberry Cake
Earlier in the week a small amount of Chocolate Cranberry Snack Cake and a larger quantity of Apple Muffin Cake was provided. Now it is time for the Friday baking.

Chocolate Chip Cake
This week I have made a Chocolate Chip Cake with a Streusel topping. The topping does contain pecans.
The Raspberry Chocolate Chips were replaced with Chips 'n Chunks and a little Pure Orange extract was added.

Banana Cake with Banana Icing
It is Friday and Nigel is back in the Office which means that there is cake.
This week I had an excess of bananas just waiting to be used. I have made a Banana Cake with Banana Icing in the usual 9 x 13 format and there are also some individual cakes.
