Chocolate Cherry Snack Cake

This is the second entry this week, due to a bonus Banana Cake with Banana Icing on Tuesday.

Last weekend I replenished my stock of dried cherries and so decided that this week, for today, I would bake the Chocolate Cherry Snack Cake.
