This week I have made the Carrot Cake and topped it with Cream Cheese Icing.
Apparently, there has been some discussion as to which is the favourite cake. If anyone would like a particular flavour of cake please let me know. Due to availability of ingredients in the kitchen it will not always be possible to accommodate but I will try.
