Last week was a very quiet week in the baking department due to travel (I felt a little redundant). This week I have made Carrot Cake for your enjoyment.
Today I will spend a majority of my time in the kitchen as I have a Cherry Bakewell cake to prepare and Perogies (as usually requested by our son for his birthday dinner).
