Our son's wedding is fast approaching and Nigel and I are making the cake. Each layer will be a different flavour and although we have two of the flavours decided upon other flavours are now being tested. With this in mind it would be very helpful to have plenty of feedback on this particular cake.
This cake has been topped with some Malted-Chocolate Icing as used on the cake last week and not decorated as it would be for a wedding cake.
