According to my records I make this recipe once a year for the office, usually at the beginning of December when we start with gingerbread cakes. I have made a Chocolate Gingerbread which is usually dusted with icing sugar but this time I have topped it with a Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting.
Should there be anyone have any special requests let me know and I will see whether I can accommodate them.
